Applicant privacy notice

This notice explains how TBP Solutions Limited(“we”) handles the personal data you provide when you apply for a role, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act / NDPR (and the UK GDPR where applicable).

What we collect

• Your name, email, phone number and any links you share.
• Your CV and your answers to screening questions.

Why and how we use it

• To assess your suitability for the role you applied to.
• We use an AI tool to help rank and summarise applications against the job’s stated requirements. This is decision-support only, a human reviews candidates and makes every shortlisting and hiring decision. No application is automatically rejected by software.

Retention & your rights

• We keep applications only as long as needed for the recruitment process and a reasonable period afterward, then delete them.
• You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time by emailing info@tabriz.ng.
