Experienced Field Sales Staff
TBP Solutions seeks an experienced field sales professional to drive adoption of our AI solutions among businesses in Abuja. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and build lasting client relationships.
About the Role
TBP Solutions, a deep-tech engineering and advisory group, is looking for an experienced field sales professional to join our Software & Platforms division in Abuja. You will be at the forefront of selling our innovative AI solutions to businesses, helping them transform their operations. This is a hunter role requiring self-motivation, resilience, and a passion for technology.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and generate leads through field visits, events, and referrals.
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including proposals, negotiations, and closing.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and upsells.
- Provide market feedback to inform product development and sales strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of B2B field sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to work independently and manage a territory; strong problem-solving mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling AI, SaaS, or technology solutions.
- Existing network of business contacts in Abuja.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Understanding of deep-tech or engineering concepts.
