Civil Engineer (Site Supervision)

About the Role

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our team in Jahi, Abuja, for site supervision. You will be responsible for daily monitoring of construction activities, ensuring quality and safety, and maintaining accurate records.

What You'll Do

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Maintain detailed daily site logs, progress reports, and documentation of activities, materials, and manpower.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to resolve site issues.
• Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure quality and adherence to approved plans.
• Monitor project schedule and report deviations to the project manager.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum HND in Civil Engineering.
• At least 2 years of site supervision experience.
• Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for daily reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Resident in or willing to relocate to Jahi, Abuja.

Nice to Have

• Experience with project management software.
• Familiarity with Nigerian building codes and regulations.
• COREN registration or in view.
